Owners, Lenard and Donna Putney, live in Honea Path, SC, on ten acres shared with dogs, cats, and chickens. We started with five baby chicks of our own because we wanted eggs of our own.  We read everything we could get our hands on about how to raise good quality, chemical-free eggs. We use no chemicals around the farm, relying on organic methods, chickens never receive antibiotics or hormones. We allow them to free-range on mixed pasture and woods in the daylight. Each egg is graded and inspected by hand. An interesting thing about our farm is its lack of odor. Our chickens are happy, and it shows in the wonderful flavor of their eggs.
