Sustainable Greenville

originally from Europe, as a little girl, I spent most of my time on a farm at grandma's and grandpa's. it was an every day adventure for my sister and I, from being attacked by a rooster daily, no matter how hard we tried to avoid him, looking around for eggs in the barn, picking wild mushrooms, and bringing them to grandpa to ID, ahhhh, great memories. now i live on a farm again, this time my own, learning slowly how to grow my own food, and trying to become a vegeterian. my husband and i run a mushroom growing business (www.mushroommountain.com) that extends way beyond just growing mushrooms for food. i love being in the woods picking mushrooms, listening to birds, waterfalls, and jsut nature in general.
