Marybeth will talk about Body Image, Healthy Movement, and Mindful Eating
• Mindful Eating: overeating, digestive issues, sugar cravings…these issues that everyone seems to struggle with are ones that can be helped with mindful eating. Learn the art ..and find some inner peace. –Presenter: Kendra Gaffney, LDN RD
